I've been a bit discouraged about my weight loss efforts but taking a step back & looking at the overall picture over the past year, I'm more encouraged. I'm glad to see that my upward spiral not only stopped but I've actually been slowly but steadily heading back downward (in the correct direction) from my top-out of 174.5. This is my HEAVIEST non-pregnancy weight of my LIFE. WOW! Depression sure can do a number on a person!! Happy to see the weight slowly coming off as I slowly pull myself out of my depression & get back to my old, happier self. I like her a LOT more than the woman I've been over the past 2 years. :0)
