11,738 steps yesterday. Spent a lovely afternoon outside at ballgames. The weather was perfect all weekend except for a short downpour Sunday morning.

The tounament continues, maybe through Thursday if they keep winning, so back to the ball field after work today. I will have enough time to stop at home let crazy pup out and get a fast dinner, not much more

Exercise plans for the week depend on games, weather and getting my yard cleaned up and mowed. Eating will also be a bit crazy if these games continue. This is turning into a busy summer with the kids getting older and involved in different things. I'm also going to try to get down to see the new grandson again on Friday since I'm off.

Enjoy! Your grand-kid's are so blessed to have you be there for them. I have to do it long distance. The Facebook, Instagram stuff, and go visit 2 or 3 times a year.

I'm lucky that they are all within 2 hours, one set closer than the others. I'll try to get down to my youngest's this weekend, the one with the new baby so now a total of 3 boys, they are about an hour.
