I stuck to the plan 100% this past week. Avoiding many temptations. Lost nothing, stayed the same. Pretty disappointed. If I have to work and try this hard and lose nothing, man, what do I need to do then starve?

That is the #1 reason i HATE scales :) . I do it once a month just to get the number. Don't give up, you're doing great!!!

Just because the scales don't move, it doesn't mean things aren't happening in your body. I had a friend go down 4 sizes and the scale didn't move for a couple of months. She was losing fat and exercising. Some people have problems losing with Atkins problems, so you might try cutting that out. Stay hydrated. Be active. Notice how your clothes are fitting. Sometimes it takes time for the scale to catch up.

at least you didn't gain,, I have stayed on track and followed my plan,, and then Gain weight, :p that's a real bummer

remember gains / staying balanced can be a simple as holding fluid or muscle gain.

Ive been around the same couple of lbs for a while and the tape measure still says the same but all of a sudden everyone is commenting how good I look, so something must be happening! hang in there, you are doing great and treating your body right, thats the most important thing
