Lost 2.4 pounds this last week. That's a good loss. I had to work really hard to get it, exercising and sticking to the food plan. I was hoping to be under 200. Maybe next week.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
