Went to a movie today. Again had the small popcorn. Was just enough and when I came home my blood sugar went up only one point since my morning reading. I do like that it doesn't mess up my blood sugar, and doesn't seem to mess up my weight loss either. It does give me a much higher carb count than normal. Popcorn has always been my favorite food. When I had the traditional ileostomy it would block me up and cause pain, but that didn't stop me from eating it! With my BCIR it doesn't bother me at all. Praise God that I can enjoy one of my favorite foods!

I wish the exercise had praise and worship on the list! I list it as slow dancing. I never just stand there and sing, but clap my hand, move my feet raise my arms! Its got to be worth a few good calories! lol

Missed this entry. Yay for you and popcorn! Another one of my favorite foods. Won't allow myself that treat yet so won't be going to the movies either. I lack willpower if it is a favorite food:) I, too, believe praise and worship deserves some points!!!!
