I am going to eliminate carbs again! my sugar test are to high! I need to keep them low and the way to do this is eliminate carbs because I don't eat candy or drink soda!

Or you can just maintain a caloric defecit and then any carbs you eat will be burned up rather than converted to excess sugar.

Yes - LO-Carb, you are right. Many people cannot eat carbs because of the insulin spike that happens - before anything can be burned off.
