well I'm back at it, I did get down to 140 lbs, but back to 173lbs cause I have been off my foot for months now....but I am gonna do the Atkins Plan again even if I do get hungry...but hopefully the protein intake can help with the food cravings...the va hospital is still feeding me carbs ugh!! so I will just eat protein and cheese and some lettuce. so I wish me luck!

Barring any medical conditions, keeping your calories at or under 1200 a day will get the weight off wether you are active or not. Assuming you are the average height for a white female.
