The swimming pool opens in one week :)
I have been walking but it just doesn't seem to do the trick like swimming does. Also my ankles and hips hurt being on my feet too long.
We have switched from white to rye. A few adjustments make a big difference.

Water exercise if very good for you and less impact.

Swimming is excellent workout, too bad I would drown after like 10 mins LOL
