Did Plyometrics yesterday and am I ever sore today! Owww, my legs! How can they be out of shape while doing Taebo and Bar Method? It must be that squatting all the way to the floor thing...

lol sounds painfull!!! i have started a zumba class it's great fun you sweat no end but i haven't found that i ache in the mornings which is good.

It's amazing isn't it? Different muscles used in different ways is just gonna hurt differently, is all I can figure.
