Having a great time staying with my wife's son and DIL, really enjoying the extened time with the grandkids. Had a birthday party for Josh who is one. Luke is 2...they are a handful and bundles of non-stop energy. Yesterday was not good as far as food (too much) and exercise (too little), plus we ended the day going out for ice cream, yet it was a fantastic day. We'll be driving back home today and back into the routine of things tomorrow, I'll deal with whatever the damage is then, no worries.

Great attitude about dealing with the "damage". I tend to beat myself up over these things. The right thing to remember is that we also have to live our lives with our loved ones, coworkers, etc. Thanks for reminding me.

Wonderful weekend, Jim, and good attitude about recovering the energy for yourself!

Thanks friends. I had one day of more calories in than out, other than that I kept it in check pretty good so I'm happy about that. You see, old dogs CAN learn new tricks! Damage was minimal, happy to be back to "normal."
