I needed that mini break from FS and such. I needed to get my head back to where it needs to be and kind of recharge myself in my own way. I feel much better now and am glad that I did it. So I have been working harder on trying to eat better and encouraging my eldest to eat healthier as well. So far, it seems to be working. She's also been working out with me almost every day and is proud of herself when she does. So those are the changes that I have been making. Of course this journey is not over by a long shot but I am proud of those small steps that have been taken.
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Cardio. I didn't push myself quite as hard as I normally do but I still got a decent burn. My daughter has been working out with me as well and I can already see that her form is improving from when she started...but she still struggles with a lot of the moves. She's trying though. :)
