I wonder if this is just not going to work. 1 Month later and I'm still in the same boat. Losing weight didn't use to be this hard for me, but with two young children, a full-time job, and a household to tend to...I'm more stressed and have less time to dedicate to losing this weight. My 30th birthday is one month away and I'm no closer to my goal than last month!

It's like everything else (sleeping, bathing, etc.). You have to make yourself a priority and try to fit eating healthy and exercise. If you have time on Sunday, plan out your meals for the week. Get yourself a cooler and pack your breakfast and lunch in it the night before. Then you only have to worry about dinner. Use a combination of fresh and convenient foods if you have to. It's hard but not impossible. You can do it.

You can do it. Start with one thing - how about, load up your plate with half vegetables first, then add everything else. Eat the veggies first. Try that for two weeks - see what happens. Good luck!
