I put on my work clothes this morning and they felt a little looser. I hope this is not all in my head. I was running late this morning and forgot to pack my lunch...I knew this would be bad later on today.
Of course, when lunch rolled around I went to the cafe and got the special; grilled cheese and fries...felt bad after eating the fries, especially since they were so nasty!
I am proud of myself for being on day 5 with only drinking water. It's not as hard as I thought it would be.
