Woke at 212.8, down 2.2 from this time yesterday. Still waiting for the water to dissipate. Targeted 1948 calories today. Good day of eating at work but too busy for much walking. Came home at 212.6 lbs. but dinner was ready and ate first. Got some work done and did not get on the treadmill until late. Only walked 42 minutes and burned 725 calories. Weighed again and got a 212.2 (post dinner). I think we are in the ballpark. Presenting at conferences for the next two days so will take Quest bars and almonds to eat until dinner.
