FS is telling me to weigh in today because it's been 7 days since my last weigh in. But I worked out yesterday so I'm afraid to lol. I plan on weighing in tomorrow unless I feel froggy and decide to weigh this morning. I just don't want water weight messin up the scale.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 June 2015:

Whenever you decide to weigh...please remember...the scale does NOT define who you are...EVEN if we get a negative result...we can be very CONFIDENT when we are consistently doing the RIGHT (healthy) actions!!! Have a blessed Tuesday!!!!

Yes, SuccessThisTime58. That's very true. I know muscle can weigh more than fat and our bodies can fluctuate up to 5lbs DAILY! But it's my brain + the scale that messes with me. I did do some measurements yesterday and in one week, I lost half an inch in my waist, 1" in my thighs, and 1" in my butt (all the places that NEED to get smaller lol) So I'm happy about that. My husband keeps commenting on the fact that my butt is getting smaller and I'm actually noticing a little less cellulite in my upper thighs :-)

Only weigh when you cannot see it in other ways - the scale lies due to shifts in water weight, etc.

(you can just abbreviate me as STT) AND listen to your husband...HIS opinion is WAY more important than what scale says...LOL...have a TERRIFIC Tuesday!!!!
