I reached my 3/4 lost point, yay. I am now finally 10.5 Stone. Anything lost from here is new territory for me! My next mini goal is to loose 3 lbs as then I won't have an over weight bmi any more. Chin up all on the mountain side today, every day brings us a bit closer to the peak and every lb lost is a mile up the hill. :-D
147.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks. I'm feeling happy today. I've got my maths exam in 1 week. I did a mock exam last Friday and got 60% which is just what I need. So with another week of revision I should achieve my maths just as I've achieved todays weight goal.

Well done. I got to 9st 1.5lb last week and now it seems to be going on again (9st 3lb this morning)! Around 9st 1lb is where I got to last time so hope I'm not stuck again.

Well done to you too flo. I guess we are both at the same point really. We can do this, though I guess when we go on holiday in a couple of weeks we will gain some again. lol. Just keep going and I'm sure we will break through the barrier eventually. :-)
