It's been another slow day today but we got home late last night so I ended up sleeping in. It was needed but I wish I could start waking up at 6 am like I want. I just need to give myself that extra push today. I've been getting stuff done just very slowly.

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Cardio today. It was very hard since I had done a workout with the storage. I pushed through though and I am pretty proud of myself.

Plank: 15 second. I think that even though this is a short amount of time, I can definitely tell it is making a difference. :)

Yoga: FINALLY found a yoga program that I like. It was a nice workout and introduced me to new poses that took me a bit to figure out.

I know what you mean about moving slowly. I feel worn out. I think you are right to just keep pushing to do things, even if it's at a slower pace. I try to do the same. I figure it's better to move slowly, than not at all! Keep moving forward...we WILL get to our goals!!!
