I am feeling pretty motivated today but not getting things done as quickly as I would like. Ah well, at least I am able to cross some things off my list of things to do. I guess I should definitely adopt the whole "Slow and steady wins the race" kind of attitude. :) It's not really a bad thing. On a positive note, I have also joined a challenge group with my friends on FB who are all doing the Focus T25 program so it's another way to help hold myself accountable. I am excited about it, especially since I almost didn't workout last night but because I knew that they are helping to hold me accountable. So...I am pretty excited. It has also motivated me into doing my evening workouts so...YAY! Getting things on track! :D
