Okay, last night I said I hated my Fitbit Charge HR. That was because I didn't take the time to read the instructions. My daughter got it set up for me and I absolutely LOVE it! I can't imagine being without it now. I still have a little to learn about it, but I love it!

I have one also and I just love it as it helps keep me moving and I love to see how many steps I have taken and at what intensity. You will love it.

It tracks your steps, heart rate, sleep, stairs. I just love it. You can do challanges, too. I came home tonight and wanted to put more on it, so I went back out and shopped. LOL. I came home and won my first badge.

Love mine - it makes me want to move just a little more each day!

I'm on my first day of using it and I found that it makes me aware of my activity and makes me want to move. I came home from work and everyone was sitting around the house. I decided to go shopping (it was raining out) and my daughter went with me. That was added steps! Sure beat sitting down. It also made me drink all the water I was supposed to. Normally, I don't care about that, but with that being a goal--it made me want to complete it. It's a win-win situation. Very healthy device. I wish I had bought one years ago.

i love mine too ... its the best ever.. I have the flex and cant live with out it.. I do work week hustle with my BFF every week
