Slow day in motivation but still going to work out and such even though I don't want to. I have to start trying harder to make this a daily occurrence so that way it will become a habit. Plus, when I was working out more regularly in the past, I felt so good and upbeat and yeah...I want to get back there. :) It was definitely a better time in my life and I was able to focus better, sleep better and yeah. So that is where I would like to be again.
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Ab Intervals was very difficult for me. This whole day in general has been very difficult for me motivation wise and yeah...I might be on the verge of a depression...I don't know.
