I am taking things a bit slowly today. I do feel highly motivated and determined to make the necessary life style changes but I have to do one or two things at a time. If I do too much, then I lose focus the next day and I just don't want that to happen. There has been a lot of stress occurring over here with finances and such that I honestly am not sure if I can manage to keep our heads above water. I just...long for my trip in July and then my move in August. I hate having to worry about all of this bullshit honestly. Sometimes, it's just too much.

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Total Body Circuit today...still struggle with this one and I am not too sure why. I stopped wayyyyy more times than I would have liked plus Piper was being a monkey and deciding to climb on EVERYTHING so it made the workout harder.

Plank: I did a 10 second plank. Even though it's not that long of a time, I can still feel my core tightening and getting stronger. It's awesome.

Yoga: I tried a new yoga video and honestly...did not care for it much. It wasn't as good of a workout as I had hoped and I don't feel like it stretched me enough if that makes any sense. T25's Stretch is better. So I guess it's back to my search of finding a good yoga program to add to my workouts.
