I am still plugged today and now my throat and ears are starting to ache and my neck hurts. I'm over this cold already. I didn't end up doing a workout last night because I started really not feeling well and I ended up working late. Today will be a busy day after work and I really don't fell well, so no workout again. Then the next 2 days as soon as I get off work I'm rushing to meetings or games, so Friday will probably be the next workout possibility. I really hope I'm feeling better by then. If I could wake my butt up early I could get it done, but not with this cold.

I'm doing okay eating strictly what's on my diet, but having a hard time staying within my calories. I think this weekend some more planning and tweaking will be needed. I need to get more protein, fewer carbs, and hopefully fewer calories. I have been eating more fruits and veggies though, so that's a good thing I guess. My stomach has been feeling pretty good too so far. So, I guess I should just be happy that the pain isn't so bad and I'm eating some healthy foods and quit whining. Once I get some exercise going I'm really going to kick butt. :)

It's going to be a cold, rainy day today, and I hate to say it, but I hope they cancel my son's game tonight so I don't have to sit out there for 2 hours in the cold and wet when I'm feeling like crud. The bad thing is that this is actually one of his only early games, so it stinks to miss it.

Well, I'm going to go attempt to be productive today. I hope everyone has a great day!! I'm going to dream I'm at the beach.
