Very pleased this week. I followed my diet closely, got to the gym 5 days out of six (not sure about today yet), and got good results.
It is also measurement day so: opening measurements from day 1 were Chest 43" Stomach 44" Hips (over butt) 43" Arms R 14" L 13.5"
Today Chest 41", Stomach 42", Hips 42" and Arms R 14" L 13.5".
I started this with the feeling that my body had changed and I could no longer outwork my eating in the gym. I now know that nobody can, people who only diet with no lifestyle changes lose as much and oftentimes more weight then people who work out - lots of reasons for this mostly about mis-perceptions about how much is burned. We just seem to know a lot less about how our bodies work then I would have thought. Good luck to you and to my my future self.
