Going away party for some friends last night. Mostly ate alright, but some cake and a few sausage (minis) the rest was a healthy chopped salad I brought. Measuring day today so:

So, decent progress.

I took a small step backwards this week. Last week of school and there was a lot of eating out, being fed by the department, by admin, and having end of year lunches out with colleagues and friends. Too much desert, too little food planning, and too few trips to the gym.
So back it, recommit to goals and get going again.
