I didn't plan well this week. As a result I fell off my eating plan and immediately back to old habits. I still only ate desert twice during the week but I went out to eat twice, and not-so-well at home. Additionally, I just didn't work out very hard or very well. My weight stayed the same. This is OK except that I then find doubt creeping in to my mind. Why should I bother?...But planning my food out works. I do love working out (most of the time) and I want to be fitter and healthier so I can do more for a longer period of time. To get back on track I meal planned late in the evening last night and grocery shopped last night and I have healthy delicious stuff to make to get me through the week! Anywhoo, hoping your week was more successful than mine.

Good for you!! Pynchon, it does get easier to stay on your plan if it's one that fits you. I find that after almost 3 years it's just normal for me. If I'm away from home or eating out (rare) I still tend to make choices that fit into my overall plan. If I do have that cake and ice cream for a birthday it's ok, just adjust somewhere else. I'm not low carb, btw
