Having a lo carb day! feeling pretty good. tummy feels just a bit flatter and not hungry at all. Lookin forward to the rest of my day just having a hard time finding the time to work out. I wish I would wake up and work out before work. Its just so hard and its very hot (im in texas) when I get out of work. Any suggestions ?

Indoor work outs after work? I am NOT a morning person - getting up by 6:30 for work at 8 is by far too early for me lol So I found a gym that is close to my house that has a walking track - I actually pack my gym bag and take it with me in the morning so I don't go home and get comfortable and ignore going. If I do go home it is to grab something to eat and even then I eat it standing up because i know if I sit down I will not want to get up. If you can't do that maybe home exercises - there are lots of great exercise DVDs and web pages with exercises to do at home.

I do my workout at home after work. As Pixi said there are lots of great workout vids and dvd out there. And if hubby is in front of the televeision when I get home I hop on my eliptical. It is better for me cause even if I did manage to crawl out of bed earlier I would not be putting my best effort into the early morning workout.

Oh my. I keep telling myself that I am going to wake up a lil bit early so I can get a good work out done 1st thing. But I wake up at 4:30 as it is. Getting up earlier than that hasn't been anything I have managed to do yet. But I agree w/ Pixi. What about indoors after work? I live in humid/hot Northwest Florida and that's the only way I can. I get home, crank down the A/C, make sure the ceiling fan is on and turn on the Wii Fit or Biggest Loser. Both good at getting me sweaty. Videos are good options too.

If I miss the morning workout I work out and shower before bed...indoor workouts include Aerdyne (sic)???, rubber bands for lifting, push ups, situps, and pull ups
