My last journal was about a week ago, man I've been busy. I started my new diet that the gastro recommended. We'll see how it goes, I'm going to try my best to stick with it for 6 weeks then slowly reintroduce foods. This won't be easy, but I hope it makes me feel better. Last night I was really nauseated and my stomach was kind of upset all day, so I hope that is just from a weekend of eating different foods and being away from home. I'm crossing my fingers that I can stick with this and don't slip. Of course we've had lots of goodies in our office this week already, so someone is really testing my will power.

I think the hardest thing is going to be learning how to balance everything and not eat too many carbs or fats and make sure I get my protein. This weekend I'm going to try to plan some breakfasts and lunches that will be easy for the week and do some prep so I'm not rushing in the mornings. Dinner isn't too bad because if we have meat I can figure out my own sides, but condiments are hard because most of them have onion and garlic and I can't have either.

I haven't done much for exercise since Thursday because we've been going, going, going. Tonight after work we have to eat quickly so we can get to baseball pictures then a game. So instead of 2 hours at the ball park it will be 3 and it's not very nice out today. I'll just have to take my coat and blanket and suck it up. I'm tired today to, so it's going to feel like a loooooong game.

I'm sure I have more going on, but I can't think because I'm so tired. I hope everyone is having a great week so far!!
