All time record of 302 push-ups tonight! (Sets of 25 until 250) Started a squat challenge with 50 reps,. Ab challenge was 175 crunches, 67 leg raises and 110 second plank.. 30 min. on the arc trainer at the gym for a 567 cal workout. Only took in 2400 cals today. Crazy story from yesterday. At work, I was told to clean up the woods by one of the schools that I work at. There were a bunch of bicycles and junk as well as a hot tub cover set up like a couch and a geriatric wheelchair. However as I looked around, I saw a pool tarp covering a hole. Inside the hole was a $2000 mountain bike. I took it home and inspected it and found serial numbers on it. Trying to do the right thing, I reported it to the police thinking I would be able to hold onto it. Once they saw the value of the bike, they took it and logged it into property evidence. Not happy about that, but I know I did the right thing. Also at work, I discovered unsubmitted overtime in the amount of $400. Overall, a pretty good couple of days. I've got both my wife and my daughter using FS and my wife has dropped over 10 pounds while my daughter lost 4 in first week just by changing her diet. A pretty good couple of days.
