Leaving the old bio under the new and improved bio.. Married, 49, 3 girls. Just a month into working with an online personal trainer. New job/work less hours/make more $$$! Life is good. Still handsome (at least the mirror image thinks so), and looking to rebuild my body. ENORMOUS Miami Dolphins fan. Did I mention that before?

I'm married, 46, with 3 girls, one of which just moved in with me. My weight has been hovering around 260, but I'm 6' 4", so I carry it well (so I'm told). I'm looking to get down to 220, and then begin weight training. Working 12 hrs a day, it's a challenge to get cardio in, but I've been pretty consistent lately. This app is the perfect way to keep myself honest.. HUGE Miami Dolphin fan, by the way.
