I am not going to weigh in for a bit, I am adding weights to my training starting in the morning. It will make me nuts to see the inevitable yo yo. Maybe I can add some nice definition to my shoulders and arms to balance out my long scrawny legs, one can hope. Have a fabulous Sunday wherever you are!
