I went for a walk during my son's baseball practice for almost an hour last night and it felt good. I ended up a little over 3 miles. My feet hurt when I was done, which means I need to get used to doing things again like walking and running. I think my socks were bunching in the heel that didn't help either. Next week starts games though, so I won't be able to walk during the games. Most of my sons games will be at 8 pm though so I should be able to get a quick workout in before we have to go. I don't care if I'm sweaty and gross if I'm going to sit at the ball field anyway. :)

Tonight I'm going to try to get my hubby to cook dinner so I can either go for a run or do another type of workout. I think I might give my legs a break today though and try to do something more for strength. My bat wings need toned. My arms have always been one of those areas that I hate. When I see a picture of myself in the summer, with my arms exposed they just don't look proportionate to my body. The only way to fix it is to eat right and exercise, so I'd better get on it, summer is coming fast.

I wavered a little in my eating last night but didn't do terrible, except dinner wasn't healthy. I did resist the cookies someone brought into the office yesterday and I didn't eat any chocolate at work, so that was a win. Hopefully my will power will hold today and I'll stay strong.
