I got tested for my vitamin D yesterday and my level was great! So, I still need to keep taking the supplement to keep the level up, but after I'm done with the high dose I'll go a little lower and see how that goes. I go to my gastro doc on Monday for my annual check up and we'll see how that goes. I've been having a lot of pain again in my side, so we'll see what he says and see if he thinks my doc is right about the endometriosis. Either way there's not much they can do about the pain, so I just have to tough it out.
I went for a walk/run yesterday and the pain in my side and joints kept me from pushing myself too hard, but hopefully with some time that will get better. I still have some lingering sinus issues too so I'm sure that didn't help either. It was a beautiful day though, so I'm glad I got out. Then my mom and dad came over because my dad wanted to see my brother's dog (we're watching him while my brother is honeymooning). So, we were outside most of the evening. Tonight my son has baseball practice and it's supposed to be nice again, so if they don't need me for anything I think I'm going to go for a walk while they are practicing. No running today because my joints and side are sore, but a walk will be good.
Yesterday was a bad eating day. I ended up eating a couple of small pieces of chocolate at work, then one of the ladies brought in a strawberry dessert and I had a couple of tablespoons of that, and pizza for dinner. I didn't snack much in the evening, but with all of the snacking and unhealthy dinner I went over my calories. Today will hopefully be better. I think I'm going to do a salad for lunch, I brought a frozen dinner, but a salad sounds good and less carby. Hopefully no one brings me any dessert today!! :)
