Weird weight scale. First time I step on it it's higher. I always like to double check and go with the confirmed weight. Second time I stepped on it, it was lower. Third time matched the second time. And that's the number I post.

Anyone else have a weird scale?

Yes my scale is the same way. But it only does that when I first buy it and after that it's been very accurate. I think it's because the first time you use it, it has to calibrate your weight.

Sometimes the calibration of a scale can be off from moving a little or just general use. Most (if not all?) electronic scales are auto-calibrating and the first time you step on them will run through the calibration steps. Usually what I do is every few times I use the scale I'll step on it then stop off and stay off until it finishes reading. Then I step on for an accurate reading.

Ditto what Andrew said....Y'all have a BLESSED DAY...and remember, the scale is just ONE of our many tools...:)

The floors in my house slant so all bets are off. I put a piece of tape on the floor so it's always in the same exact spot. Then I make sure there's nothing under the feet. Once there was a tiny piece of gravel and I gained 10 pounds lol. Today I had to do all the steps because I gained .8 lbs just stepping off and on. Then it was all good again. I probably need a new one, along with a lot of other stuff. I think I over-stressed it over the last 100 pounds.
