I weighed myself in a hurry this morning before I went for my morning walk. Starting to get hot in the day. I had to walk less last week because of some lower back spasms. I found that once you feel the first injury on your back and you know it will tighten up and go into spasm later... I put ice on it right away to reduce the inflammation.
