6 Weeks Of Really Trying To Loose More Weight, and I still can't lose any more weight! I have added swimming, and the gym for exercise, yet nothing! I go up 1.5 lb, and then down a Lb. It is water weight I guess?
I hate to admit it, but I am getting discouraged! :(
I am going to donate my metabolism to science when I die! LOl :)
In fact...I am going on "Survivor," because I will be the only contestant who won't have to eat for 35 days, and not lose a LB! haha! My husband said that I would still not win as a Survivor contestant, because of my injured foot! Darn!:)
For those of you who may comment on my eating out. :) my eating out has only been for two days. One for my daughter's B-day, and today when my husband flew in to Ca. He was hungry. I still ate only half of a sandwich tonight, and 1/4 of my daughter's meal yesterday.
Tomorrow, I will eat even less-Dang body! bo-ho-ho! <------Me crying~Ann

Awww Ann, so sorry your body is NOT cooperating with your weight loss efforts. At least part of the "puzzle" is your inevitable stress from the MAJOR life transitions of close family members. God bless you, Buddy!!!

I'm sorry I know how frustrating it is! The only thing I can tell you is to keep playing around with intake/output. Everyone is different so what works for me won't for you. But I do know that you will figure it out.

Hang in there. I have lost 1.5 lbs in the last 6 months after losing 30 lbs. It's like I've ran into a brick wall. I saw an article today that the combination of foods can make a difference in weight loss. Steak and potato causes weight gain because the beef turns the potato into sugars more readily than if you pair steak with veges, then the veges counteract the beef. Interesting concept. Don't be discouraged. Keep up the good fight. A bad foot just means more sit ups. LOL

Thanks CC! I will do more reading.:) I am glad that you understand. I am now using the pool to exercise. I am down today in wt. But I am sure it is just water wt. I have been here before! :)~Ann
