Back to my old faithful "at-home" full body workout. Legs kinda sore from yesterday's adventures. I know my weight is really only accurate once a week, but its still nice when my daily weigh in is down. It gives me motavation to keep it up. My ex mailed me some of my clothes...all a size 4! Needless to say, its an eye opener how much weight I have gained. I'll keep them around for inspiration. The same reason I have a 6 year old photo as my profile pix. The whole "remember when?" thingy. While I can't get the years back, I can get the shape back! See...its working already!
