I just realized I get notified when people comment on my posts. Its so awesome to know I have support out there from other fat burners. Took the stairs at the office today (3 flights). Totally gonna do that from now on. It made it not-as-horrible that I was running late this morning and didn't have time to work out. I did extra well today and then I had a gift of a king sized reese's peanut butter cup waiting on my bed. Dun dun dun!!! Hey...at least it has peanut butter! If you are wondering if i ate the whole thing...well, duh! I wouldn't really need this web site if I had any self control. Deriously though, I am no longer letting one bad choice ruin my whole day. I know that habit will help me in the long run.
