Sundays are my fav. Its my cheat day!! I went to church in the AM. Then Mom made a cheesy whole wheat pizza with artichoke sauce. YUM! Then I took a much needed nap and went on a brisk 40 min bike ride. Turns out I CAN ride a bike!! I wasn't sure cuz I never had one as a kid. This is going to be an awesomeway for me to commute and burn calories. I love to walk...but it takes 3 times as long. I'm so happy I didn't fall off! God is good! All the Time!
