I just shared with my buddy veggie in our PM this am that my date night with my hubby on the river was fantastic...
I did research before we left and I had cheese enchiladas 2 and a skinny rita made with splenda also... also two strong rum and cokes..
It was a beautiful evening watching the river and watching the sun go down while we sat on the patio of a Don Pablos.
I do not weigh but once a week not unless Im nervous about intake so I did jump on scale this morning and I told veggie much to my surprise it read down .5 YAY!!!!!so now Im 137.....It does pay also to have had a busy day yesterday and didn't sit down to eat.. just drank my water...
Well Im just very excited about it... the weigh in.. I had to post... that you can go out and drink lol;)

Congrat's! You sound so happy :) There is a way to lose weight and still have some fun, right? I think the biggest thing is just being aware and making better choices--even on a cheat day. I know I'm going to cheat, but I'm going to make a lower calorie cheat that I like then to just go in blind. So happy for you and your date sounded so romantic--on the river!

Yeah your correct jillzee... we have to learn how to jump all the hurdles on this journey.. its not about not having what we desire to eat, but having the knowledge of our intake and enjoying everything in moderation... My date night was my wonderderful hubby ... we take time out for date nights to reconnect.. He is very romantic and sweet, always thinking of me:) Have the best day sweetie and thank you for your awesome support:)
