I have been so busy that I have gone to bed exhausted every night. I have seen my primary care doctor, my cardiologist, plus going to cardiac rehab 3 days a week and trying to get my exercise done the other two, visiting my mom and my mother- in- law and fighting a cold for the last two weeks. A few bright spots... I bought smaller pants and shirts, the police have arrested a person of interest in my brother in laws murder, my cardiologist cleared me for driving and lifting and I am on the tail end of my cold so I feel like eating again. I will start to lose again now that I am moving around more.
