Not as pleased with my results today just because of course I would like to see a bigger drop but I know that any weight lost is a step in the right direction. It's just going to take me longer to get to where I want to be.
158.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
