Two more days to go before I can weigh myself on my trusty WW scales. I'm determined these last 2 days of conference I'm going to not let myself take the easy way out and grab what they offer as snacks at break time. I have a pear, a banana, and a Fiber One 90 bar to put in my backpack this morning, so I'm prepared.

Yay! Great job! I remember we both journaled about being at a conference! Pre-planning is the key. If I can stay on track, I know you will, too! I bring my own snacks and stay away from the snack area!

I'm definitely back on track. At the first break I passed by the muffins and got a banana. At lunch found a restaurant where I could get a Cobb salad with fat-free dressing. At the afternoon break, I passed by the nachos with cheese sauce and got an apple. Fruit for dinner. I feel better.
