Didn't get the opportunity last night to work out as planned - bridal portrait pics came first. Made it to the grocery, and strayed off the list a bit. Acid reflux on my tongue this morning. Wonder if it could be due to too many tomatos or could it be the figs??? Either way, I have to keep the things that aggravate it in check.

Don't I wish that when I'm under stress that I actually lose weight versus gain?

Cardio party done this morning - not much energy, but did get 7 hrs sleep, despite the major lightening/thunder storm last night.
