Completed first week of BFL waited yesterday after run at 2:48 today which is going to be official weight I weighed in at just under 250. So it looks like a 3 pound weight loss at the end of the first week good job and I definitely feel strong today in my push-ups and set ups.... 11 more weeks to go if I can average 3 pounds a week I'll be down another 33 pounds😃
