Think I had a great week finished two weeks the diet isn't hundred percent perfect but it's good real good I'm feeling good strong in muscle mass feeling healthy wrapping up two weeks and that this way in is just waking up and wait in the run no exercise no sweat bag no nothing 246.5😎
246.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
