I am bad .... I got candy .... I am going to hate going to my doctors appointment I know my A1c is not going to be good.

Hmm..sugar free candy? LOL. I heard that causes the runs, too. LOL. Once in a while you just have to have it, though.

What is an alternative? High carbs with refined flours will also raise your sugar.
