Today has been a slow go. Slow trying to get out of bed and get to my work out class. Slow go trying to work out when I got there. Must be the rainy, blah day out. But I will just keep hacking away at the day today!

Keep with it - do you go to a class? Sometimes the classes help motivate me further than when I am on my own. I find out I can do so much more than I thought!

I do go to class. That is why I pushed myself to get out of bed at 4:30 this morning!!

I cannot get up that early, but I suggest getting a good breakfast of fruit/oats/eggs or yogurt and then doing exercise :)
