Easter has totally killed my good lifestyle change, I have totally lost it, so today I am not giving a fuck! And tomorrow I'm starting a kick start diet, then not letting anything knock me off... Well at least for another year :-0!!!! Slimfast better kick me up the arse, I know it's not gr8 but I'm desperate lol.,,,, x

Thank you xx I really can't help it though, have been a star for months but now I'm going on holiday, brought loads of new clothes.., now I'm scared they won't fit me tomorrow....lol... I just wanna shoot myself, starting again tomorrow without fail!! Xx

hey if Slimfast does it for you for a couple of days then go for it, no its not the best, but a couple of days ain't gonna kill ya! and if it makes you "feel" like you are doing something positive then that is half the battle won right there. sometimes we just to think positive to get ourselves going again x

My tip Pretty 26 would be to cut out as much carby food as possible; apparently every gram of carbs holds onto 7 grams of water (in your liver as glycogen) which is probably why you have put on so much quite quickly. So if you cut carbs for a few days you will really notice a difference. Plus drink lots of water.... hope this helps - good luck and I am sure you will look beautiful!

Just did the same last week chic , got a big back payment of cash - Ate like a pig all week, gets you down but im sure we can get it back on track - al the best and good luck :)

check my cookbook @Pretty26 there is a protein shake recipe on called "cherry choccy yoghurt drink" it is a great homemade meal replacement drink with whey protein in. it is 250 cals and keeps me full for about 6 hours! and its lush to drink really feels like a treat!!

Aww I know how hard it can be a times to get back on track, especially around times like Easter, Christmas etc. I find watching things on youtube like Extreme Weight Loss: http://y2u.be/L8mTBhBraJo helps alot to motivate me again.
