Note to self***
So I'm back again, after so much time off and a beautiful baby later.. I'm not getting the old jeans over my belly least to say feeling good in myself, just gotta think I can't forget to eat.. then when I'm Starving its crisps (bags of them!!) bread and chocolate and biscuits.. Yes that been my actual diet for the last 8 and a half weeks.. Night feeds I can't cave, I will grab a handful of grapes instead!! so I'm back on the restricted cals then when I can get to a gym or lose a stone then I will up them as usual, may have to order diet whey to give me a kick up the arise... That I very much need 🙈

Bad day!! My beautiful cat has had an emergency operation not sure if he will actually make it don't even know what's wrong with him, even worse I fly out tomorrow morning :( just actually want to eat everything, in sight so far I have, I didn't even want them 4 choc bars I've just rammed down my throat :-(... Stressed out need to go to the gym but actually can't packing and going to get stuff sorted then UB40 later so hopefully dancing will work some of those fat cals off!!
