My first weigh in! I lost 3.8 pounds, which I'm happily rounding up to 4, since I was a dufus and weighed in after breakfast. I am pleased to have lost anything, because I still can't feel a difference anywhere, and was unsure whether this was working at all. I'd have been happier with more, of course!

I am planning to stay on Phase 1 until I've lost 10 pounds, minimum. If I can finally get to the excercise equipment I bought and stay on track as well as I have so far, maybe I'll be able to finish in the regular 2 weeks, but I'm not holding my breath (I don't look good in that shade of blue). Hopefully it won't take more than 3 weeks, though.

I'll admit that I'm planning to eat my normal Easter dinner next Sunday. Other than the dinner rolls and the dessert (probably cheesecake), I shouldn't have to veer very far off course. I just know that if I deny myself these things, I'll resent it and end up going bonkers later. Sad, but true. We will go with whole grain rolls, and I'll make Splenda sweetened low fat cheesecake, but even those things aren't good for Phase 1. I'll be extra good before and after, I guess!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, if you do the whole grain rolls and the splenda cheesecake, you'll just be having a phase 2 meal, which shouldn't slow you down one bit. Don't feel guilty! We all have to learn how to comprimise tradition with a healthy lifestyle when it comes to holidays. :) Have a good easter!

Don't worry about Easter. I lost 80 lbs. two years ago letting myself indulge a little on holidays and such. Just don't lose your mind. LOL My bday is coming up next week as well as Easter so I plan to treat myself (within reason). That is what kept me on the diet so long before...and I'm truly so glad to be back on it. You're doing great! Hang in there. The exercise will definetely kick it up a notch.
